New president for Fugro Horizons, INC.

Paul Harwig has been appointed as President and General Manager of Fugro Horizons, Inc.
taking over for Larry Deibert, who managed the company to its current standing as a member
of the international Fugro group of companies, Paul will assume responsibility for Fugro Horizons,
Inc. and ensure a continued dedication to quality, innovation and customer service.
Along with a background in geospatial services, Mr. Harwig also brings to Horizons a proven record
of leadership with more than twenty-eight years experience in large, diverse engineering organizations.
He retired from active duty as an Army Engineer in 2001 to work at the National Imagery and Mapping
Agency (NIMA); now the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Paul joins Fugro Horizons from
the Topographic Engineering Center (TEC), US Army Corp of Engineers where he was chief of the operations
division. During his tenure at TEC, the operations division innovated unique geospatial products and
services for the US Army in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT).
With Mr. Harwig's leadership and technical knowledge, Fugro Horizons, Inc. looks forward to providing
services and products to support the geospatial needs of public and private-sector customers worldwide.
